A STUDY TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT ON ORGANİZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Changing environmental conditions, competitive advantage with globalization process, differentiation of customer expectations and needs have made the qualified human resources as one of the most important elements for organizational success and productivity. The organizational support which is evaluated as a source of motivation influences the tendency of employees to show organizational commitment behavior based on their feelings to be a part of an organization. This research examines the influence of organizational support on organizational commitment behavior in the manufacturing and the individuals employed the manufacturing companies in Burdur. The research covers the manufacturing enterprises in Burdur and the survey method is used as data collection tool. Multiple regression analysis has been used to determine the influence of organizational support on organizational commitment behavior in these companies.According to research findings, it has been found that the organizational support scale andthe organizational commitment behaviors have an influence on emotional attachment, continuity, normative attachment (p <0.01).
